Phase 1: Concept Design

CCTich will develop a fully unique design strategy which will define the overall look and feel of the space. We ensure that the layout works for the client's lifestyle and we maximise the functionality of the space or development.  
This phase consists of:
  • Reviewing and improving layouts as part of the spatial planning
  • Selecting conceptual images to show design intent (mood boards optional)
  • Presentation meetings for the above

Phase 2: Drawing & Specifications

CCTich develops the concept design and produces a package of drawings and specifications to show design intent. The design is tailored to the client's tastes, lifestyles, and personal style. This package comprises of:
  • Floor plans, elevations, working drawings (depending on your package)
  • Concept images to further illustrate design intent
  • 3D illustrations of the design concept, fly through
  • Finishing schedule and marked up drawing

Phase 3: Project Management

This is the stage of the project where the CCTich team will ensure that the approved designs are implemented on site. Our dedicated team will liaise with site contractors and consultants to ensure that the drawing and design concept envisaged by CCTich and the client are executed accurately by the contractor.

Phase 4: Furniture, Fittings and Extras

This is the stage where the CCTich team designs and costs all the furniture and furnishings for your property.

CCTich will prepare a comprehensive detailed spreadsheet for each room with images and specification including furniture finishes, fabrics and color information. We will specify size, finishes, fabrics where applicable, as well as costs and supplier details.
